Reuben Geimah is a veteran and a VA expert. He watched people abandon benefits they had earned because the paperwork beat them. Long waits, confusing forms, no way to tell whether what they'd submitted was right. He and his co-founder Blaz needed a platform that was secure enough for medical records and simple enough for someone doing this once in their life.
